Industrial Lockout Valve Offers Reliable Control of Hazardous Energy The HE-U Lockout Valve is ported for 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” connections. A manually operated, 3/2-way spool valve, Type HE-U provides a safe and simple method for interrupting the compressed air supply to pneumatic machinery when service or maintenance is performed. The valve’s flow paths have been optimized by careful spool design, and the 1-inch exhaust port facilitates rapid-rate depressurization of downstream residual while the valve is closed. The valve has a locking feature, which includes a slotted flange cast into the valve body. The valve’s standard bolt pattern and machined flats on either side provide easy mounting. |
